This is the first beer I made following passing my PE test (i.e. having more time on my hands to brew beer!). This first version is a “farmhouse” (a.k.a. “Saison”) style beer that was fermented with Kveik yeast and local honey. The beer is golden-amber in color, and starts sweet and finishes dry. This was brewed in late Fall but is ideal for enjoying in the warmer months!
